Shaft are manufactured from c45 carbon steel.All shafts are grinded and keyways are cut through automatic keyway cutting machine.All dimensions and tolerances of the shaft are checked with gauges and instruments before final assembly all the shafts are coated with anticorrosive paint. |

All bearings used deep groove ball type sealed at both sides. The bearings are self allgning with an eccentric locking collar for clamping on to the shaft and is mounted in a rubber housing. |
| Deep groove ball bearing type with an adptor sleeve or spherical roller bearings type sealed at both sides for diferent duty application bearings are lubricated for lifetime maintenance free. |
